What are the wires you are having trouble with? The maxima regulator should have just 2 wires, and the Fiero harness that goes into the door has just 2 for the window as well.

The 2 blue wires coming off the regulator motor are the ones you should be using. They are reversable polarity wires to make the motor rotate one way or the other. Jump 2 wires off your battery (+,-) and text the motor to make sure it is working. Are you using the stock Fiero wiring for to control your motors?

I made a new picture with text, I found a few maxima diagrams online,  it seems to be 3 power wires coming from the maxima switch unit, and also four other wires. I have tried all 3 power wires and it wont do anything, Also I have 2 motors with regulars, Ive tried on both.

OK, the first thing you need to do is take the Maxima window switches, wrap them in aluminum foil, and throw them as far as you can in the city dump lol! Are you using the Fiero wiring harnesses in your car, or are you running all new wiring?

Why? is all the wiring missing from the car? are you building on a Fiero?

If you wanna use the Audi widow switch that is in the LP640, I can give you 2 along with the wiring diagram for them that will work with the Maxima (or any for that matter) regulator.

Just tried the blue wires and it worked like a charm! Thanks alot!.  Now as for control, your audi setup will be all i need? As far as wires, my fiero did not come with power windows, so ill prolly run power from the fuse box.

Yes, you'll need to run a new circuit. Use the existing fuse box to get power from, all you will need is a ignition hot (+) and a ground wire (easily acquired from the Fiero tunnel area).
