Perhaps we can work together and come up with one that fits your needs. I have experience with fiberglass tooling (carbon and CSM). Check the picture and let me know if you are interested so I can finish the model up to your dimensions and the way you want it. The program I use is SIEMENS NX 9.0.

how does that get converted to parts?  cnc foam cut ?

That will depend on the customer and how many people are interested. I have access to a 5-axis CNC machine at my work. The plug will be made out of EPS and tooling spraycore.
If I only get a couple people interested, I will build a temp mold. If I get more interested I will build a fiberglass mold to pull parts out of.

That is my question and how much

I have figured a price of $300 for a dash just like the one shown in the picture I posted. Any modifications can be made and we can negotiate the price from there.

Amida is in Seattle and does these interiors for Fieros, a 355 interior and some custom noses and other parts.  I builds all the bucks himself and takes molds and then pulls parts. He does all the work out of his garage and basement.  He can also wrap the dashes to your specs.  He does incredible work.

I think the prices are in his thread on Pennock's for this dash setup.
Not sure who the other user on here is.

Cheers
Don
