Has anyone ever dealt with this guy before?

I see that he's from Spain and ships to the USA. If you are building a G28 or G24 you'll need to be aware that an OEM mirror is larger than the mirrors intended to go on these cars. I suppose you could modify a set of these replica mirrors to fit these bodies and it would probably take less effort than trying to finish a set that are typically of poor quality. I like how these fold also which is really important if you are transporting your car in an enclosed trailer. Someone really needs to produce a good set of bolt on mirrors for the G28 and I'd be one of the first in line to buy a set.
