Hi Guys,
Can you be on the lookout for either a new or used passenger side (US) mirror? I'm looking for a factory OEM mirror but I'm not willing to spend the $2,500 - $4,000 that the new parts guys are asking.
Interesting things about the factory mirrors:
1. A Murcielago and LP640 mirror are different in many ways. The LP670 mirrors are even more different.
2. The coupe and roadster used two slightly different mirrors. The coupe mirrors have extra tabs on the base for an extra molding / trim piece and the roadster mirrors do not. Each have their own unique part number.
The part number I'm looking for is 417857502D
White Racing advertises these on their website for $1700 and they show two in stock however like some many other parts they advertise, they don't have them and they'll offer to order and sell you one at the $3,000 price that everyone else is asking.
