The one from Monacco looks like he may have had his foot slip off the clutch while listening to a little V12 Orchestra.  ::rocker  ::headbang

The one from Delhi looks like he was either having a seizure or other health issue. That or he could not read or write so that was the only way for him to submit his resignation.  ::tongue
