Just noticed that JEGs is offering an electric A/C compressor. It is a 30 amp. unit that will cool a two passenger interior. My thinking is that a high output alternator and a secondary battery would be on the menu also plus isolation relays etc. to make a good system. Priced at $1200 is a little steep for me but as with new technology, pricing may come down. This would eliminate the compressor on the engine which may have clearance problems plus the custom length hosing that is required. A front mounted condenser core would be a good option also with this compressor.
