Can someone post a link to where these taillights can be purchased or just lend some advice to how to do this?

You could buy a sequential conversion kit for a mustang. Then wire it in to set of replica lights.

   I was actually looking into this the other day and found that Summit Racing sells a universal kit. It has sequential and chasing. Looks pretty easy too.
