I enjoyed that  :) ...though I'm skeptical that he actually hit 142mph as claimed. Either way, he definitely blew through 18 red lights and gave his tires a good test.

I've seen this long time ago , I thought it was Jeremy Clarkson behind the wheel maybe different clip??

It appears to be shot early in the morning and the cobblestones look damp and the tires are squeeling?  Top speed seems to appear to be sub 100 mph.  Sounds like a Ferrari engine but at max rpms you know it would have been 150+ mph range.  I am guessing that the engine sound is dubbed but seems very realistic.  Thumbs up!

You are right.  The car he drove was a Mercedes and the sound of a Ferrari was dubbed.  The complete story is in the article with the video.
