They just appear to be vinyl wraps.  :)

This has been a major trend over the last couple of years.  It gives you a cost effective individual look while protecting the original finish for resale.

I *REALLY* like the look of the LB Performance / Liberty Walk brushed aluminum Murciealago & Aventador. I was wondering what is involved in making body panels like this. It seems to me these are probably stamped out and then brushed and then coated with a clear coat or something for protection from the elements. Is this how it is done? It sounds expensive. There is probably no realistic way for one of us to do such a build is there?
