8115  3M,  two part component, you'll need  around $25 caulking gun to use.

Thank you
I was referring to how to properly mate the lower rocker panels and air intake (they are two pieces below the doors on the G28 kit) to the main body in the 'best' way

Thank you!

I use a brand called "Fusor" for all my chemical bonding. They have a whole range for bonding metal-metal, fiberglass-metal, slow dry, fast dry, etc.. etc... It's what every shop I worked at used.

I believe that metal to fiberglass is Fusor 127EZ, but I'd have to go look.

I hope this is what you are asking, as I'm not too sure about the question. Did you want just a brand of good chemical bond or an actual design idea?

What is the 'proper' way to bond the lower air intake panels (below the doors) on a g28 to the main body - I want to make sure mine are 'solid'

Can you send details and pictures on what you used for adhesive, what you use fiberglass-wise front and back of the upper lower panels to make them 'one', etc?

I want to get my panels done this weekend, but need to buy the 'best' adhesive and fiberglass to do this per your suggestions

Thank you!

3M Panel bonding adhesive is very very strong. This is a 2 part adhesive. You have about 30 min work time. The pieces need to be clamped into place. 24 cure.
