Fiero 6 cyl Alternator Belt

Hi Folks
My alternator belt on my fiero 6 cyl engine (Murcie build) came off when they were doing my framing. 

Can someone please provide details on how to tighten the alternator to reinstall the belt  (I have it on again, but too loose). 
How to I properly tighten it and not over-tighten ?
