Oops! Should have been posted in the "Replica / Modified Parts Wanted" group.  Here goes as we need more info:

How long is your assist strut fully extended?
How long is your assist strut collapsed?
How much pressure does it take to collapse the strut? (Push the one with the most gas in it on top of a bathroom scale)
Take these findings to the McMasters website and match them to their catalogue listings.  Be sure to pick the correct ends on the strut also.  https://www.mcmaster.com/#gas-struts/=18xs50w

How about for the rear deck lid? I need to replace the NAERC supplied deck-lid shocks

Here is the website with the gas pressure adjustable door shock.
http://www.mcmaster.com/#gas-shocks/=135piyz
Type 6465K7 in the search box (upper left).
::thumbup  01

I highly recommend part number 6465K7 from this page:
http://www.mcmaster.com/#gas-shocks/=oru47q
After installing a fresh 6465K7 shock on my door I couldn't pull it down. I used a small allen key to let a little gas out at a time until I could pull it down and the door would go up on it's own.
This shock takes all the guess work out and it also has a cushion at the top of it travel. The shocks from naerc didn't have this cushion. The door would go up and slam hard at the end of it's travel.
The 6465K7 shock travels up and then slowly stops at the top no matter how fast it is rising.
BTW, I used 2 as 'working shocks' on the doors during the build and then recycled them onto the engine deck lid by reducing the gas even more. I used 4 of these on my car.

Maybe you could post a link to the actual page where the door shock is shown, or maybe a part number for the shock?

Keep in mind that all doors are not equal weight.  What works for Bill won't work for Belle.
