It's easiest to just paste the www.YouTube.com link directly into your post and the video should appear.  Make sure you don't have a http: in front of the link or it probably won't work correctly.  The embedding option is another way to do it and you basically need to copy the external video link into the embedded code and it will only support certain players because of security concerns.

what code do i have to use to show my vid here..?
i go to the share tab. then i go to embed . copy and past code but no video comes out.. just the code as plain code..
am i doing something wrong?
