Here is my very first test sample for the murci steering wheel....
Note this is just a trial version so there is lot of refining to do. This is made from flexable rubber foam so it has the same look and feel as the OEM. If any one is interested in buying one please shoot me an email

All....

I am excited to say that my 60 from IFG is going to be arriving soon and I am in the process of doing items to make it more OEM. From one of the MMBrazil's mold I made the center peace for the steering wheel (on ebay now) and ring, I will be doing the CF cover soon so as I find more time I will make more and will be selling them, that is if anyone is interested in them. I also am in the works to modify mm’s mold to make it more OEM. I am also working on a steering wheel that will have a working airbag. I am currently working with the GRANT wheel but soon more to follow. I also did some test replication of the OEM airbag from Murci and it is dead on. I will refine it soon and put them on my site. Unfortunately no one seems to buy anything these days so I do not have the uhmpph to make anything except for the stuff I need. Any way I have few extra Diablo 60 steering wheel center peaces I made from hard rubber foam type of material (looks and feels just like OEM) SO if anyone needs a steering wheel for their Diablo 60 I got them and soon I will have a steering wheel for the Murci as well

I tried to make a murcie airbag cover before I have it temporarily on my temporary steering wheel and digi made some vinyl for it with the logo and lines on it I haven't used it yet though. It says srs airbag on it, why not? You know there's no airbags in your car you shouldn't need to remind yourself lol I didn't know we needed any warning stickers?

lambolambo had replica covers as well but I'm not sure if he's still making parts

Cool, VF1Skullangel.
Does anyone see a problem when building a Clone that we make an OEM looking "Air Bag" cover for our steering wheels but our cars DO NOT have air bags?  Should we just remove any labels that read "Air Bag"?  or is it enough to have the sticker on the glove box door that reads "Warning: There are no air bags installed in this car." ?  Just thinking out loud.

I'm not bragging about how old I am but George Washington and I flipped a coin to see who would have their picture on the one dollar bill.

I just had the chance to measure my steering wheel.  I got a Momo Millenium.  It looks a lot like the Lambo wheel.  I measured about 13.5" outside diameter, maximum.  It was a little hard to get an accurate dimension because I have my steering wheel wrapped and taped for protection while I work on the car.  So it was really something less than 13.5".

I think the power steering will make any sized wheel OK (within reason of course).  The smaller wheel will give you better room inside.  That is always good, these cars are TIGHT.

It isn't enough to want a Lambo, you have to want to BUILD A CAR.

Well....a 350mm is about 14" in my country.  A stock Fiero wheel is 15".  If I go with a 320mm, that will be smaller even yet.  I just don't think that even with P/Steering I don't want that small of a wheel.

Question #2:  What's with the member rating: (jr. member, Sr. member etc.)?  I'm 68 now,  I don't know if I will be around long enough to become a Senior Member!  ::thumbup
