You can mask both sides of the cut areas on the glass with rubber pipe tape mask the rest with rubber pond liner and sand blast through both sides of the glass slowly. You erode the glass away being careful not to blast in the same spot for to long. Blasting same spot to long will heat up the eroding glass so you must take your time. This can be done with a $60 harbor freight pot blaster. It may take time and be kinda a pain in the butt but you will have your glass. I have done 3 windshields this way without breaking the glass and there will be more to  come for my next car. Good luck if can even find glass anywhere! There is just not a big enough market for glass companies to make this glass. You can use a pontiac transport windshield. They are huge and have plenty of glass to work with.

Not sure what you are saying.  Will a Honda Accord windshield fit.  If not how much has to be cut off the glass.  Asked a few people and they claim they could not trim a windshield.
Can you email me at ems2000inc@gmail.com then I can call you to discuss.  Much appreciated.
Gord

I think he is selling one, well actually making one from his mold for either 700 or 900 in South Carolina
He made some previously, but there were some lamination concerns one guys claimed. Here is the link to his company.  Ask for Ron

i think you should buy a $85.00 windshield for a 97 Honda Accord lay it over the area, take 3M masking tape and out line the cut lines ,be sure to center the windshield ,then seal up all the cuts with the same material they repair cracks in a windshield , this is the cheapest option right now

take pictures please
