I also bought most of my steel for the chassis at Industrial Metal Supply in San Diego, great guys to deal with.

I've decided to go merci.
Gonna start buying steel this week for the chassis.
Any recommendations of where to buy tubing?

I'll just mention that I work, literally a stones throw,
From the BH Lamborghini dealership.
Stopped by today for a little inspiration...

Welcome Lou, I would have to agree with Tusabes, the Murci and Diablo are the most complete kits out there.  I live in Tijuana but work in San Diego so we are all pretty close!

Welcome !! Go for a murci kit because there is no aventador or gallardo kit that's complete and available .  At least you have a chance at completion with a murci or diablo

 Fastest way to a finished car is to buy someone's partial build , or even a completed build that needs tweaking (they all need something )

 I'm also from socal, Rancho Cucamonga to be exact. I'm new here also and everyone has been pretty friendly so far... I'm hoping to get started on a diablo build in the not too distant future.

Hi all, so glad to have found lamboclone.
I think I've read every post on every page this past weekend.
I've been restoring cars 20 years now...just figured I need a change.
Just want to challenge myself and Lambos just look so sweet!

My top 3 builds would be 1. Gallardo 2. Aventa. 3. Murci
Gallardo cause of the smaller size and in my opinion least flashy.
Any info on the Gallardo? I saw that ikr was making a kit
but ran into problems?

Definitely excited to start. Looks like the hobby has come a long way in the last 10-12 years since I've checked in.
And looks like lamboclone has a great community feel to it.
Any regular meets in SoCal?
