01Lambiero, thank you so much for posting those good pics, and the kind and complementary words.   I've sent the link to many of my friends.   Hope to see you again next year too.

My wife and I traveled to the Carlisle Kit-Car show last week.  We set up our info table on Friday (no Lambos yet) and talked with about ten people about our hobby.  A lot of them asked where the Lambos were.  I told them that they had been painted with camo paint and that they were standing beside them ;-)  It was a beautiful day, just a hint of clouds and a light breeze.  Saturday was a little more overcast which opened up with sunshine also until about 4:00 pm that afternoon.  Jimbo drove in about 10:00 am with his immaculate purple (I forgot the actual name for his paint) Lambo Diablo VT and Bob (rshaef) drove in with his gorgeous red/maroon Lambo Diablo about 20 minutes later.  It was similar to setting out sugar water next to a bee hive after that there were people everywhere around the cars.  Lots of questions were answered by RT, Jimbo, Bob, 01Lambiero, and others.  I met some new guys from the forum and some old friends also.  Seafood lover dropped in making me drool over his pictures of his car which he says will be there next year.  If all efforts gel, we could have 6 Lambos there next year.  This would be awesome.  My back has been giving me fits for weeks and I didn't get to roam the grounds for a lot of pictures but here are the ones that I did take.  One of the highlights of the event for me occurred when a teen girl came with her special needs brother and asked if he could sit in a Lambo for a picture.  Bob said yes and made this boy's dream come true.  (sorry that I didn't get a pic for you of this event)  Enjoy and see you next year, sure, Lord willing.  Jim

I stopped by to introduce myself to the car owners.  What a bunch of super nice people.  I joined this site by the request of Ron.  Thanks for the invite.  The plan is to get as many Lambos there next year, no matter the condition or how far along you are.  I hope to bring my Countach....

The dates for the Carlisle Lamborghini Show are Friday, May 15th-Sunday, 17th.  Although Sunday is kind of a wash, Friday is good and Saturday is SUPER.  We probably average 12+ forum members who come.  Here is the location of OUR CARS.
