Yeah, Bob.  I'm hiding over here at present trying to help some builders.  Back is feeling somewhat better and I'm itching to cut something up and throw some bondo.  Not making hinges though. Upgraded my design to stainless pin with full compliment needle bearings.  Nice.   Jim

the first generation Diablo inner doors did not have the fiberglass block made on the inner door which required users to make that part from tubing ,later they made a fiberglass protrusion onto the inner doors exterior face,so the door had the correct upward and lift motion.

we have some drawing for the Diablo hinge beam across master cylinder of the fiero ..... i started Vacation today ,have several trips planned to go pick up & deliver parts.
