Found these USA made crimp terminals with heat shrink insulators.  Also (maybe overkill but) put a dab of silicone paste on the push on female/male connectors to seal the connections against moisture and corrosion.  If the terminal insulation crack when you crimp them, they are junk.  Buy quality terminals and you won't be sorry.  Get ones with nylon insulation and you will be happy that you did.
