BAHAHA!  I hope you didn't run into that type of work personally.  Looks like its high end popcorn art atleast.  I have to admit I did run into someone that had done work like that in the past, needless to say I didn't buy the car but the pic is all so true these days.  Could you imagine, going 65mph down the freeway then your wheel passes you up!

that looks like something a Jon Vandermolen  built a few years back except the part I had seen was the suspension arm
