Man you did well getting all those angles perfect, not an easy thing to do, that structure looks pretty awesome.

Fixed the bubbles in the rear bumper (White x's) to get ready for the final CF layer, which will be hand laid.  Also noticed that the passenger side hub was off by ~1" from the center line.  After considering harikari, I noticed my A arm tabs were not quite square with the frame.  ::tongue  A little adjustment and I should be squared up again.  Just goes to show you need to constantly measure, and not be afraid to fix these issues!  ::headbang

Bonded the sail panels to the quarters, and now have the quarter panel mounts solid.  I can actually lean on it now! ::rocker

This weekends fun! Sill, and B pillar structure.  Sail panel understructure done, and dash hood printed.

Sounds like a lot of work to use the off the shelf hinges nut I agree, $1000 for a set of OEM is crazy!

I will also need to put in some hinge guides to make sure the door opens at the right angle to clear the front of the window.  It is better than blowing $1k on an original set.  :o

One of those lambo door conversion units, about $99.  I have heavily modified it.  Currently it is inside the door, so as I add door structure, I can have it bolt to the front of the door.

What did you use for a hinge?
