Put in bolted engine cross brace, rear roof area, and started on the passenger door area.

Got the panels finally centered on the wheels.  Re-adjusted the entire rear end to get everything straight and to fit right.  Now I can start moving forward to the rockers.

I bought OEM door glass as well. The curvature looks extreme but seems to perfectly match Grand Prix door glass... this allows you to use their window tracks which is nice.

Try a Diablo door glass around $5000 for the pair, quarter glass $4700 for the pair and the Windshield is $6000

OUCH
Yikes! :o

Also, I will be making a pattern, and transferring it to solidworks for anyone interested. Just PM me if you want a copy.

Jesus bet that was a pretty penny.

$800 for the pair.  Not too bad in my opinion.  I was a little shocked when I went to a new parts dealer, and found this out.  The little quarter windows were $850 a piece!  Weird...
Not bad at all. I’m not a rich guy so, 1k is a lot of money. But when it comes to these cars 1k can prove a fair price in many Instances. Just my two cents. #cheers

Man you did well getting all those angles perfect, not an easy thing to do, that structure looks pretty awesome.
Was not that tough.  The hard part was realizing that the 0.5" square tube needed straightening!
