$5k is too much. IMHO.
that’s what I’m here for! What do you think the price for something like this should be? I’m new to this so I need a little guidance from some veterans, because I really do not know what to look for that may make this a deal breaker.

Thanks

why is he selling ? and 5K. that alone should tell you Run Forest .
he is selling because his family got a little larger and his wife wants him to get rid of it... so he says. He wanted 7k but since there were issues like inner doors skins from the murci not Aventador and wrong interior. I also think his location makes it difficult for him to sell so he is trying to get rid of it. But that is just my speculation. 5k just seems like a good deal even if I just used the engine transmission and chassis or am I wrong?

+1 on advice from nickmkk, I don’t know what this car will cost to buy but you will be better off in looks, effort and possibly safety. At least you’ll know  what suspension is on the car.
and the donor car was a 2000 park avenue ultra

he doesn't know what type of suspension is on the car and also said i could get rid of some of the wheel gap by cutting the bracket that attaches the rear suspension to the frame.

Carlos/aventcar or lambocars might be willing to sell the parts you need.  They may require some modification though if the car isn't an exact replica.  If you have the budget you might be better off just buying Carlos' full kit.

This looks to be put together from some of the early Aventador replica body parts that were floating around. There still a great deal of work that has to be done here and you would have to be up for that. Even if it running and driving don’t underestimate how much it takes to get from the car in this stage to a final product.  Not for the faint of heart .
I’m up for the challenge I’m just concerned I may not be able to find parts for it. I want to do the build but everyone I ask about parts seem so discouraging.
