I would love to get a set from you, I just purchased an AD LP640 from John.  Do you think your lenses would fit my kit?  John is sending me the buckets that he molded after an original headlight.  Thanks!

LOL I just found this thread! No worries everybody, when the moulds are perfected (a few more days) these lenses will be available.
Originally I made the lenses to fit the stock G28 bucket sizes. My thinking was that it would be easy for someone to cut their buckets out even after the car was painted, and put in the new buckets with these lenses without having to repaint the fenders.
Since i'm changing my car over, I have to repaint the fenders anyway. I decided to make the buckets symetrical, since the G28 headlights are 2 different sizes. The drivers side is actually closer to the OEM size and shape, so I changed the passenger side to match.
Now, the problem is the hood. In order to make the passenger bucket fit correctly, I need to take 5/16" of the passenger side of the hood. That also means adding to the hood opening on the passenger side fender to close the gap.
If you guys are interested in purchasing these lenses, be sure to check your existing bucket openings from one side to the other. Make a paper template of the drivers side and see how it fits on the passenger side. You will probably see that the passenger side bucket is narrower than the drivers side, and the upper corner of the lens is in a different location. You will also notice that the headlight washer brow on the passenger side is not as wide as the drivers washer brow.
I can send a paper template of the bucket lense size to anybody who needs it to see how these lenses will fit on their car, and determine what needs to change to accept them.
Just PM me your address, and i'll gladly send you a template  ;D

Here is a YouTube video that Murci Me posted recently of how he makes his headlight covers.  It's the details like this that have made his build one of the best so far.

Enjoy,
