Wow I wish my side mirrors looked like that! It seems impossible to get them to an even shape all around the mirror edge, too complex of a part for me I guess. Maybe when you're finished your car...  ::study

I'm wondering how those wheels would look in black on the car :O

Pure awesomness.  Have you decided what you'll do with mounting the mirrors (glass) on your side mirror assemblies?

Wow......that green is just too cool!!

Yeah man, I'm really loving this green.  It flips and changes color in every light.  Looks amazing in person.   Thanks for the great support again guys.

As for the mirrors, I am using the MR2 original mirrors parts to make up the mechanics of it.   I have mirrors cut to the shape required and will just be bonding them over the plastic plate the MR2's mirror was mounted on.  Not sure yet if I will have to cut out the inside of the mirror though.  But if I do and some part of that shows, I will just outline the inside of the mirror's edge about 1/2" or so, leaving a gloss black edge.  Then just repaint the inner area in Flat black.  Should be any easy fix if I should have to cut out the inside.
Keep dreamin if you want to, I'm building mine!  And I'm almost done!

Still have the Flat black to paint on the headrest area and underneath of the windshield post.  Got my mirrors done too.  Slipped them on for a quick look but forgot to take pics.  Looked sweet with them on.

I've also spent some time getting the black areas done.  Masked off and painted the gloss black.  Im probably going to repaint it as well.   Black really shows the mistakes so Gonna get it right the second time.   Not gonna loose sleep over this one.

Looks amazing. This is one of my favorite G28s. All the attention to detail is paying off!

Perfectionist! Was it hard getting your coverage down in certain areas like where the rocker meets the scoop?

It wasn't my favorite area to get to.  That's why I separated those areas this time around.  Was much easier to spray the body and just concentrate on that alone.  Then I masked it off and concentrated on rockers and bumpers individually.
