here is a picture of where you'll need to shave the block. look for the shiny square spot

 the mod is ,center flange has to be widen where the mouting bolts are .you can see it on picture and bit shave off on block rh side so the headers fit flat. 2 min work. there is no Y pipe engine  is longitudinal and 3" pipes in to Murcielago OEM muffler.
 and use Mustang 3.8 header gasket

   Do you have any pics of the mod or the y pipe you would need to make?

 I'm not sure if I said that before, I'm using Mustang Headers on 3.8S/C engine . very small mod to center flange.
