I see the cat likes the Lambo too!

What is the center tunnel made of? It king of looks like it may be carbon fiber. Is it bonded to the chassis with a glue or something?

The tunnel is part of the chassis, that's where the tranny goes in along with the drive shaft for the front, etc. so what you are seeing on the inside is just sound deadening and layers of covering over the metal.

If I don't have time to do it right, when will I have time to do it over?

I got all of the interior trim pulled to get "cleaned up" getting it out in the mail today. Fitted the quarter panel just for looks. Also trying to work out a deal on some seats from a member on the forum, just waiting on a price. Not much else is going to happen on this until my other car is finished, but as I get time I will keep this thread updated.

This will be my little write up on how to install the Carbon Fiber shark mouth onto the instrument cluster housing. Its crazy how easy these come out, there are just 2 little butterfly bolts that hold the front of the cluster down and the back just has a little slide bracket. The only real modification I had to do is sand the resin out of the holes so the cluster buttons would fit.
Very Nice!

Got my other batwing in (Green) and mounted it. Ordered all of my body panels and once there are all in I will get to work on remaking the front chassis and straightening out the rear. I did a little upholstery work and installed the leather on the center console arm rests

Hey man this looks great so far.  I have a question though have you looked up what insurance is gonna be.  Last time I checked Lambo's insurance 10k plus a year I am wondering what you would have to do to get it lowered since its not a full on one when you are done.

There are many different ways to insure the Original cars. Most peoples insurance is stupid high because of the financing company's require it. In my case I don't owe anything on this car so I could just do liability if I wanted and it wouldn't be any more then my daily driver however I will just get a full coverage policy with a max of 60K with a high deductible (just a estimate) if anything happens I can fix almost anything on the car for around that. That would make the insurance very affordable.

I'm switching a few Carbon Fiber pieces over from my replica build to this original.
