Hi guys I have a Diablo kit car I'm unsure of its maker I was wondering if there were any suggestions . The line across The top measures 43" inches . The bottom across is 60" 5/8 , and middle top to middle bottom is 35". Let me know if you need any more measurements also the previous cracked glass that I removed from my kit had an AGP stamping. And I was told from the previous owner that original AGP coop glass with a short trim would fit any help is appreciated thanks guys

It would help to know who made your body before looking for a windshield with measurements.

As I stated I am unsure of the the maker

Minihawn,
Refer to the Diablo Glass thread and you can see that I am negotiating to purchase some Diablo glass, including the last two AGP windshields known to man. AGP was done for an IFG body. I will trade you one for a Solstice convertible.

If you know any rod builders in your area that build chop tops and know how to cut laminated glass. You can use a cut down windshield from a Chev Lumina mini van....

Very useful insight thank you will look into it

Post some clear pictures of your critically of the rear and we might be able who help you narrow down the builder

AAAAARRRRRGGGGG!
I was so proud of myself because I had the foresight to buy an AGP windshield several years ago -- until I BROKE it a few days ago! So now I'm looking at the cut-down-a-Lumina-van-windshield option. I've read several posts about it, but what I haven't been able to figure out is: can the Lumina windshield be cut to fit either the coupe or roadster? I have a roadster kit of unknown make, but the AGP roadster windshield fit it perfectly. Thanks as always for any advice. Onward and upward (3 steps forward, 2-1/2 back, as always!)

You and others have arrived on the planet of "Catch 22". There are multiple windshields produced that have enough surface area to cover the opening BUT they all have different side to side bow dimensions as well as top to bottom bow dimensions. IF you try real hard, you might just be able to find someone who will sell you another "correct" windshield or you might initiate a "group buy" of maybe 20 windshields from the Chinese boys. On the economical side, you find a windshield of the correct size area, find a glass shop that can cut it down for you (maybe even locate in another state or cut it yourself) and then modify your windshield opening to fit the glass.

I can't stay silent anymore!
DONT BUY A WINDSHIELD TO CUT IT, ITS NOT A MATTER OF IF BUT WHEN IT WILL CRACK.
Cut seems into the corners of where the window would
Lay, it's easier to cut into the fiberglass. but never compromise a windshield but cutting it to fit.
