Cloners,
Don't know how to proceed with the floor and firewall panels for my Reventon , several ideas but which one you guys recommend?
Any words of wisdom and any pictures will be greatly appreciated
Light weight, expensive and more labor: 1/16" aluminum riveted and glued (structural glue)
cheap: 1/16" mild steel spot welded, then sealed

Either way is effective as long as the chassis steel is welded and braced well.
Just keep in mind you want as much room as possible inside so keep the floor low so you will have good headroom. If you are on the tall side, you will appreciate that.
Also, if you can, run stiffening grooves or ridges, or put in braces to help support the seats and keep the panels from "oil canning".

I used aluminum on my Lotus super7 for the floors. Made templates from cardboard and then lots of rivets. Highly recommend you get an air powered riveter. About $50 on Amazon and well worth it.
