Also, don't forget to include a manual method to unlock the door from the inside. People seem to forget that if you lose electrical power when in the car (blown fuse, short circuit, electrical fire) its nice to have a way to unlock the door manually to get out.

Hey Pedro, I must testify as well about those actuators, like murcie-me said, they are not the best at all!, (I had some yellow ones) maybe ok for like front trunk or gas door, But honestly I recommend the original fiero actuators if you can find a decent pair or new oem replacements on ebay, they really work best, powerful and reliable.

$8 is pretty cheap Pedro.  It cost $25 to $45 for good one.  Even in junk yard they charge over $20.  ::thumbup

Another thing I've been working on is the door lock actuators, these I bought from ebay.  Believe it or not it was cheaper than going to the junkyard, they only cost eight bucks for the pair and they work great.

Here is a picture of the inner door structure that I still haven't bonded into place but will probably do it this weekend.

Not to rain on your parade Pedro, but there's a reason those cost only $8. They run on a small 12v motor which is notorious for having the internal brushes burn out, rendering the unit worthless. Hopefully when one goes out its in the unlock position.

This weekend I was able to finish molding the trim rings for the seats.  I also welded some nuts to a small metal plate and then bonded them with fiberglass to the sides of the seats.  I have to grind some of that out because I put the bolts in there with some clay so they don't stick.  Next step is to paint it and send it out for upholstery.

Nice work as always Pedro! your car is awesome.  I am getting a lot of great ideas from following your build.

So this morning I couldn't sleep and I went and made some brackets for my rockers. Previously I only had a flat piece of metal but if you put any pressure on the rocker the metal would flex easily and the rocker didn't feel solid. These brackets are what the OEM ones look like and they made a huge difference, now my rocker is nice and solid. I could almost stand on it but I'd probably break it because of my fat a$$ jajaja

I've been tidying up my wiring because it was a real mess with wires all over the place.  I bought some Tesa cloth tape to wrap the harness.   I also made some connectors for my headlights.
