Title: Mechanical Help?

I know there has to be a better mechanic on here than me.
Can anyone give me a clue as to how I can remove this steering wheel?
I know the center, cushioned "horn button" section has to come off, and that's what I have zero knowledge of.
I've tried fairly forcefully to twist and pull it, but I'm afraid I'm going to destroy something.
Please help?

there should be screws from the rear that hold the horn button on, then you have to remove the center nut and then use a steering wheel puller to remove it
