Saw  Murci Me's wiring diagram on the Fiero to Sebring light switch.

Checked the inside wiring to the switch and the REDOs wiring, looks correct.

No power to switch. Examined power distribution block

Saw a couple of things, a hack job on taking an old fuse link out and splicing the wires together & and frayed wire on the other one.

tested both and found "the good the bad, and the ugly" In other words the hacked one was good, the frayed was bad and the both are ugly and need to be replaced

Put a temporary jumper to by pass the bad fuse link.

Now when the switch is turned on the the fiero headlight plug has power.  Although the high beam switch shuts power off between the small (lt green) and the large (tan) lamps.

Fixed all the connections and still no HID lights

Took headlight a part to examine wiring
everything connected.

Saw a few possible suspects

Started to fire up the headlights and sort out the messy wiring.

Well the signal light works.

Inspection of passenger side wiring, lot of tape no solder.

::bounce  the failed spindle appears to be a different design than the ones that I have.   :o

My version appears to resemble the old HELD design.

You can see the differences and maybe why it broke. The failed spindle is missing the angled support.

I have a complete Arruat suspension system on my build. My biggest complaint with respect to the drop spindles is that the tapered holes drilled for the ball joints weren't drilled deep enough. I'm now forced to buy a tapered drill bit and drill them properly myself. Those bits are expensive... and I'll likely only need it this one time.

I think you would have a bigger complaint if your car was on the road, and the spindle gave way like the guy on Pennocks did.  ::toothy

I met a man with a dollar, we exchanged dollars and we still had a dollar. I met a man with an idea, we exchanged ideas and now we both have two ideas!!!

Wouldn't a pic of the failed part be of more help rather than a pic of the new knuckle?

Master cylinder blead, Arruat system, had pre bent brake lines,  The old fiero block is used and fitting brazed, Wilwood proportioning valve with supplied bracket installed.  All brake lines, and fittings installed.  Ready to bleed system.

Actually went smoothly ::scratch  :o
