I had real Lamborghini interior door handles but thought the plastic was overworked when pulling two cables to unlock and unlatch the door.  I was concerned they would break under the stress so I remade, in metal, the part of the handle that you pull.  Just copy the plastic piece and make any changes to suit your needs for what your method is to activate your door.  I kept the black plastic body of the handle and painted the lever section to harmonize with my interior.  I also added an LED in the body of the handle to add a subtle glow with the ignition on.
Just have fun with your build.  Even if you make it look 98% identical to a real Lambo, anyone looking at it will know within minutes it is a replica AND you should WANT them to know that YOU built it.  Take pride in what you have done.

Also, I added two limit switches to the handle.  One activates a solenoid that opens the door latch and one actives the door unlock motor.  Set it up so the unlock activates just slightly before the door solenoid.  You need to unlock BEFORE you unlatch or it won't work.  The will also reduce the stress on your handles.  Caution.  Don't rely only on the switches.  If your battery is dead you still need to get in or out of the car!   Use the cables as backup, but keep the cables.
I put a similar switch on the outside "door open" button to activate the door open solenoid but NOT the unlock motor.  For obvious reasons.  LOL
I also added a switch to the gas cap door handle in the door jamb to electrically open the gas cap, again using a cable backup.
All these handle switches give you power handles.  Little effort to open your doors.

It isn't enough to want a Lambo, you have to want to BUILD A CAR.

I'll try and post a pic of the jeep handle. They are metal and were around $20.

I used the door handle from the back door of a jeep. I can't remember the year it's the one with the half door on the back.
