Congratulations again! Your car looks amazing. I can't wait to see it finished!
If I don't have time to do it right, when will I have time to do it over?

Update:

Car is all painted up.  Almost complete.   Had to put the project aside for a bit to deal with my daughter and some health issues again with her.   Also got my wedding coming up May 30th.....So I've been devoting funds and time towards that mostly.  My car is going to get finished...don't worry about that.  I'm excited with everything going on right now.  Going to Puerto Rico for 17 days for my honeymoon 1st of June.  Cant wait.  I had hoped to finish the car for the wedding....but the budget couldn't take the stress of the all that's goin on....had to devote more time and money towards the wedding instead.

I promise to keep you guys updated.   My daughter is recovering well and wedding just around the corner....so back to finishing up as soon as this all passes.

Thanks for keeping in touch, I'll post pics soon guys.

Thanks
Mitch

Wow I wish my side mirrors looked like that! It seems impossible to get them to an even shape all around the mirror edge, too complex of a part for me I guess. Maybe when you're finished your car...  ::study

I'm wondering how those wheels would look in black on the car :O

Tallon....I used a grinder to make them even.  I ground down the main body where it was needed to correct the shape.  In some areas I began to break through, so I would just add more fiberglass.  Wasn't hardly so bad.   Took about a day each to get em nice.  Then a quick paint job and......

OH....and about the rims.....you'll get to see it!   These are a little pitted from sitting around and not being taken care of much.   I bought some Black satin plati-dip.  Goin to spray them soon.  After I'm done with this project and my permanent rims are on my car, I will sell these.  They have brand new Falken tires that have only been used during this build, and with the black they will be like new.   Alot of people are liking the black rim treatment more and more so I figured why not.  It'll keep em looking new and if they get messed up, they can be peeled and resprayed fairly easily.
