I have to trim the window tracks some. The window will only roll down like 7 inches which is ok for me.  That only leave like 4 inches or so of glass sticking up.

Also a few weeks back I cut a windshield and surrounding metal frame out of a Mitsubishi eclipse.
I hope to graft the metal frame into my windshield opening and tie the sheet metal  into my rollcage.
The measurements are pretty close to the murcielago windshield. I will post measurements  later.

Still on my break from building guys. I couldn't  help myself this morning though. I messed around with the doors a little. I looms like the Saturn  windows are gonna work out pretty good. I have the driver side pretty well trimmed and fitted.  I can't really mount anything  permanent  yet until I get hinges and strikers.

No worries guys. I have no intentions of selling or giving up the project. Just taking a little break. I will probably keep collecting parts in the meantime. I don't plan on shelving it to long. Probably just until next fall or so. When it comes to the home projects I tend to  think I can do the work of ten men in a day all by myself. Then I set ridiculous timelines for projects and get all stressed out when projects are piling up.
That is why I decided to take a step back and finish the house stuff so I can enjoy building my dream car. I am still following the builds on here and look forward to updates from you guys. Have a great weekend everyone. ::thumbup

Hi all,
Just checking in, been super busy with work and home projects lately.
Unfortunately not much has gotten done on the car.  I am shelving this project for a while until I have more time to dedicate to it.  I found myself trying to fit in time here and there to work on it but I was always rushing when I did. That is not how I want to build this car. So it is on the back burner now until I have the time to dedicate to building the car to the level I originally intended. ::beers
Uh oh......famous last words. Don't be gone for too long bud.

It's not, I just have really small hands. Just kidding,
Yeah I actually thought it would be smaller too. It is a nice part and came with a relay as well.
