"A billion days ago no-one walked on the earth on two feet"......

Gosh not to be to technical but that is only 2.7 million years ago and we know Dinosaurs walked on 2 legs and they lived for more then 150 millions before dying
out 65 million years ago.

Key words are "no one". Meaning humans. I think it was around 2.5 to 4 million years ago when man became mostly bi-pedal and started to develop into walking upright (homo erectus) after evolution developed the proper curve in the spine and hips were evolved to support upper body. Anyway, i guess we're getting a bit off topic.

But what if somebody shuts the light off?

Actually, eyes cant see any distance at all. They rely on reflected light to come to them.
Well  it would be kind of like walking into a club filled 99% with Chickieeee pooooosssssss then the light goes off and you think you are in heaven and well..... then..... uhmmmm.... then........ welllllll you realize you are in a lez bar and you have no chance in the world of any hope of getting any of them to.... well  get lucky..... It would be kind of like that...

"Actually, eyes cant see any distance at all. They rely on reflected light to come to them. "
well eyes rely on the reflected light to feed information to the brain which perceives distance based on past experiences, If you really want to blow your mind..... Time and space are intertwined... Without space time cannot exist, imagine you exist in a one dimensional universe,  if you are the only entity time would be irrelevant. if there is another entity then time becomes relevant. if the 2 entity connect then time stops (wait did I just say that.... wow time does really stops when you are having sex uhm connecting). Now imagine you exist in a 3 dimensional universe and you have just enough time to go hit the clubs to get that drink uhmm lucky uhmmm well to connect..... just imagine the possibilities......

OK... Never mind.... I am just going to go "See" for my self and let you know how "far" I get

so prthrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

And if you think that is big....

Well then......
The furthest we can see is about 13.7 billion light years
Light travels at 299,792,458 miles / sec
There are 31,536,000 sec in a year
that means light travels 9454254955488000 miles in a year
so the farthest we can see is
129523292890185600000000000 miles

put it another way if 800 people can fit shoulder to shoulder in a mile that means 1.036 e+29 people if on the average 51% are women
Then there are a lot of chickiee poos to go through.....
Wow I love life

yup here is another interesting way to look at it;

Some of you have already seen this I'm sure
The next time you hear a politician use the
Word 'billion' in a casual manner, think about
Whether you want the 'politicians' spending
YOUR tax money.
A billion is a difficult number to comprehend,
But one advertising agency did a good job of
Putting that figure into some perspective in
One of it's releases.
A.
A billion seconds ago it was 1959.
B.
A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive.
C.
A billion hours ago our ancestors were
Living in the Stone Age.
D.
A billion days ago no-one walked on the earth on two feet.
E.
A billion dollars ago was only
8 hours and 20 minutes,
At the rate our government
Is spending it. (this figure was calculated in 2003, in 2008 it was calculated to be double this and now is even more in 2013)
While this thought is still fresh in our brain....
let's take a look at ... New Orleans ...
It's amazing what you can learn with some simple division.
Louisiana Senator,
Mary Landrieu (D)
Is presently asking Congress for
250 BILLION DOLLARS
To rebuild New Orleans . Interesting number...
What does it mean?
A.
Well .. If you are one of the 484,674 residents of New Orleans
(every man, woman, and child)
You each get $516,528.
B.
Or... If you have one of the 188,251 homes in
New Orleans , your home gets $1,329,787.
C.
Or... If you are a family of four...
Your family gets $2,066,012.
Washington , D. C
HELLO!
Are all your calculators broken??

Real Estate Tax
Service charge Taxes
Social Security Tax
Road Usage Tax (Truckers)

(And to think, we left British Rule to avoid so many taxes)
STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY?
Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago....
And our nation was the most prosperous in the world.
We had absolutely no national debt...
We had the largest middle class in the world...
And Mom stayed home to raise the kids.
What happened?
Can you spell
'politicians'!
