Title: Yaris Wipers!!
Post by: LamboJayso on September 13, 2013, 09:55:10 AM
Finally received all the parts for my wiper assembly. This stuff is better looking than an actual Murci arm. Who knew Toyota would make this. Everything came up to $500.

I was looking at some marine double wiper arms, some are adjustable. The drive unit is compact. You could buy a complete assemby for  $250 or less.

They're the same length per John. I haven't had a chance to mock them up yet on my build.

I have done this, its not long enough, and doesn't wipe very well to the shape of Murcie windscreen without changing the pivot of the second arm. but it works, it can be done using a citroen motor or yago they are a lot cheaper, but its not a simple bolt on swap
