it was a 100% diablo coupe glass,. it was cracked in transit so I'm using it as my practice windshield. ill be acquiring a honda accord windshield and cutting it to fit.

A few good YouTube videos to watch and study.  They do make it look easy but remember that they are pros.  Some cutters use heat to melt the laminate plastic others use lighter fluid/alcohol to melt the laminate.  BE SAFE AT ALL TIMES!

Thanks guys, just taking my time. Always been artistic , with a steady hand. So it's coming to me. BUT make no mistake, it is a battle of patients, and trial and error.  Newbie's  in the house! ::headbang soon to graduate to a sophomore

OEM coupe glass works for me, just 4" to long at the top.

Nice work mini hawk, i been going to attempt it as well,mercury villager looks like it might work cut down ,were did u pick up your cutting tool?

just regular $4 dollar diamond cutter from lowes/home depot/harbor fright . the value is not in the tool but in the person. with a little practice I'm sure u can all so it.. remember . this was my first time.. ::beers

I've cut glass with diamond router bits. It works ok. I found the best method is cutting the part slightly oversized and then do a cleanup pass. And lots of water on the cutter to keep heat down and the chips washed out. Good luck!
