Title: Has anyone bought parts from fgp-stuff?
Post by: Neils88 on February 05, 2019, 09:52:19 PM
I see a lot of fiberglass parts on eBay from "fgp-stuff" in Poland.  The parts are usually inexpensive... though shipping costs are a little high. Has anyone purchased anything from them? How is the quality? Customer service? Shipping time? Are they worth doing business with, or should I steer clear of them?

We bought the door and quarter glass from them a while back and we had some problems with the shipment.  The first shipment was not complete and we had to wait a few more months before they shipped the rest of the glass.  In the end they pulled through and got us everything we ordered.

I've also ordered some small parts and got them fairly fast off ebay.  Their fiberglass parts still require quite a bit of work to get them to fit.  The LP-670 front bumper and engine lid I have came from them, although I did not buy it from them directly.

Simple man, were you happy with the quality?

Yes.  As autopro states, some work is needed to the parts.  But waaaay less than the headlight buckets I bought from England.  The drivers headlight bucket from England super warped and the eye brow was the wrong size (too narrow).  I used the Polish one for the passenger side and didn't have any issues.

The engine bonnet has to be lengthened as G28 is longer.  The G28 Dash is narrower than OEM.

Just got the rockers and scoops today so not sure yet.

If only my doors were of the same quality!!

Just received some Aventador parts from FGP. I'm really impressed with the quality of the parts... can't wait to get them installed. I bought a new spoiler, diffuser and front and rear grill surrounds. They did take a couple months for them to build and ship them, but they were well worth the wait.  :)

I have bought quite a few parts from them and the parts are solid, heavy and way overpriced especially the front fenders which came green and missing the inner reinforcement that keeps the fender from caving in on itself. I was surprised that for the prices they charge they are using polyester and mat. my other gripe with them is they charge ridiculous shipping prices and refused to combine shipping leaving me paying almost 500.00 to ship a single fender
