That is a Vector, from Vector Aeromotive, at one point it had the lamborghini V12, when it was owned by a Mylasian corsortium back in the late 80's early 90's

Sort of a squished Delorean with some fender dressing.  Looks cool though

i believe they were made in the USA as an American exotic car to compete against the Europe market, but the company never got off the ground,  i believe they had twin turbo v8's in them.
