 Some new renderings were added to the aforementioned albums. Photos of the actual body panels will be shown soon. FLT now features the following improvements:
- wider side skirts;
- larger side flaps (those black pieces behind the doors);
- newly added V-shaped black trims on either side of the front bumper;
- modified front splitter (the lower edge of the front grilles was raised by up to 12 mm);
- optimized rear diffuser underside for better downforce and looks;
- added "pocket" for the emblem on the front bumper;
- 22 mm longer door handles;
- 6-sided fuel door on the right rear fender.

For convenience I posted higher resolution photos and renderings in the following galleries. I will update them regularly. Be aware that many of these images are 1920x1080 pixels and between 2MB and 5MB each!

I haven't update this thread for a really long time, so I decided to post few older and newer photos here. I got some videos at my facebook site about the resin infusion and releasing the parts from the moulds. www.facebook.com/finnluxury

How many of U guys are going to the Stoneleigh Kit Car Show?

I just got bad news.. My infusion epoxy resin have return back to the shipper, because FedEx for some reason didn't accept the shipment. I hope the resin will be send very quickly again.

It looks like we are able to make for the show following parts. Roof + Front mounting panel + Front fenders + Bonnet + Doors + Engine cover + Rear roof part.

So we will be missing following parts what are made after show: Rear fenders, Side skirt, Front bumper, Rear mounting panel and some of the smaller parts from the rear.

Lets hope there will be no more surprise like this delay of the shipment in critical time...

 Here are some more renderings of the front mounting panel when installed on the chassis. Last image shows where I further optimized it to increase the strength and make it easier to be released from the mould.

 The front mounting panel of FLT has only 83 mounting points.

 Thank you!

 By the way, due to a recent talk about the FLT's door hinges over Madmechanics and 76mx's willingness to know more about this matter, I will post here two old videos that pretty much make it clear how the doors open and what the clearance is around the gap next to the front fenders. The pivot of the door hinge is positioned in a way that any collision of the door with the front fender will be avoided. Also, prior to opening of the door, a sensor will pull the door glass by couple of inches to release the latter from the roof pillar's weatherstripping.
