They are made of stainless, currently tack welded together. I'd like to get $300 for them plus shipping. The hinge portion is extremely tight toleranced and I have backer plates that I made for them. I am not sure if they are exact  dimensions, but I'm positive size wise they are very close! I can grab my others and compare if you'd like!

Button rings are $135 + shipping, airbag cover minus steering wheel is $250, also can be had unfinished for cheaper or just the center for $50.
