still offer both. 640, - USD for a set. (lens + bucket) without eyebrows. I do not know exactly how they fit into the G28. But I have already sold 8 sets to the U.S.. And yet everyone happy. I think it will need minimal changes.

Price including shipping!!!

They are not OEM. Replica. They should be removed from the OEM. I bought this in England. But the measurement fit with OEM lense good :-)

Nah I've already did a lot of work to my buckets so I'm just going to make them fit. This is what Digi is doing as well.

You have a g28 that you don't want anyone to see?

You have to make them fit...
make the headlight opening and buckets the same shape as the lenses.

Ever notice the difference between g28 and oem?

No they do not fit the G28 kits, but the fender openings can be modified to fit the lenses. On the G28, the left opening (drivers side) is closer to the OEM size than the right. To get them to fit properly, you will have to enlarge both openings, but on the passenger side you will also have to trim about a half inch off the side of the front hood (trunk), and then extend the fender mating line to the hood to match.
I made my buckets from OEM headlight buckets as well, and this is what I had to do to get them to fit.

I thought you made both of yours to match the driver side? (not oem)
Yours don't go to the body line if I remember the last pic I've seen
this is the reason I showed the picture above^

Mine are the OEM size, and yes they go to the body line. Heres a pic of my old bucket size modified to go to the body line.

Title: Re: Murcielago lenses
Post by: Murci-Me on July 16, 2012, 11:14:48 PM
Changing my buckets to go to the body line was one of the first things I did to my car. The problem was, the buckets were 2 different sizes, which I didnt change until recently. I made my new buckets from actual OEM buckets, then made the lenses to match.

Post by: Murci-Me on July 16, 2012, 11:21:19 PM
The buckets shown on page 1 of this thread are modified OEM buckets, they are not direct pulls from an actual bucket. I think there might be a problem when it comes to mounting the lens, the side walls of the buckets are not correct and will have to be modified to get the proper reveal around the bucket.

I bought these buckets from England. I think it comes from Extreme. Fit well! Just need with gum or resin .... I can not find the right word in English :-). I was a little increased margins in order to properly fit the lenses. In the picture are white buckets from England. Now I have my camera in my new buckets with wider edge, where you can cut them yourself if necessary ...pics comming soon. Thank for all glory

Murcia-me ... you put the whole beautiful car! This is a problem for you to adjust a tiny bit of fiberglass? :-)

Is this before or after you changed the headlights? I know it's an old picture.

This is what I mean by not going to the body line.

Changing the buckets to fit the line was one of the first things I did. That pic is a bit deceptive, i'll see if I can find a better one and have Jayso post it for me.`

It's the translator he is using. He is saying that after all the lenses he sold he only has 2 right sides himself,  he accidentally must have sold somebody 2 left sides and now he doesn't even have a full set for himself.
Title: Re: Murcielago lenses
Post by: BigPines on November 20, 2013, 10:39:00 AM
Yes, anyone who bought lenses from him, check them out to make sure they aren't two left sides. If they are, exchange one with him so you both have matching sets. This will also enable him to make molds and produce more lenses for all of us. :)
