Title: transmission bracket

I am trying to install 3800sc, the bracket on my 4 speed manual tranny is to close to exhaust, is there a solution for this

Are you refering that the bracket is too close or the shift cable is too close to the manifold?  If you mean the shift cable, I would wrap the manifold with exhaust/header wrap.  Then slide a piece of "Thermo-Tec 17062 - Aluminum Heat Shield Sleeve on your shift cable.  Both can be purchased at Summitracing.com.

Yeah the bracket is too close, I have not tried to install the cables yet, because I thought they want fit.i dont have alot of room

Raise, shim or refab, the bracket up away from the manifold and make your shifter arm taller by welding an extension to the arm.  Remember to raise the bracket and arms the same amount.
