V-12's only have 1 cylinder head that sits under the fuel rail? And the throttle bodies have fans on them? That's so cool!

I think that he has only one replica cylinder head for sale. 
Food for thought:  There's a submarine near Lake Michigan that has 2 pistons in each cylinder.  Talk about engineering.
