I'm a cash buyer looking for finished NAERC cars. Must be a NAERC. if anybody has any leads please contact me. no half finished projects.. no non naerc cars.. if its not a naerc please do not contact me.. i'm not here to waste anyones time and i appreciate the same from others. if you have a naerc, i have the cash... lets setup a time to see the car and work the deal..

Fellas -

As always appreciate the insight -

Was able to find an 86' Fiero Haynes Service Manual on EBay for next to nothing, great suggestion, I would have never known something of the like existed otherwise.

Lots to work on for a few weeks now, I'll keep this thread up to date as progress is made or challenges come up.

When my diablo was stolen by Jim algers in  Northridge California I was young and in NY ironically it was IFG who told me to send it to him there wasn’t much I could do. However being older and robbed a few times I could tell you now what I’d do isn’t as PG. If law enforcement isn’t doing what you feel is adequate after talking to a lawyer of course. personally keeping it PG for the forum I’d hire a “PI” to tale him eventually you will find what your looking for.

Sounds like they spliced and lengthened the cables when they lengthened the chassis, and did a poor job of it. $200 will get you two new cables the correct length at Control Cable Inc. 562-949-0455, talk to Greg.

I have never heard a bad review of Advanced Automotion and would give Scotty an excellent review. Once he delivered a transaxle to me with his airplane, no extra charge when I was in a big hurry. He and I will both refer you to Eric Martin for the adapter 214-606-2457.

PS- I have two 01's at his shop right now that are built and ready. I only need one of them soon so if you need one of them now, take it and there is plenty of time for him to build me a second one later.

The calipers on the rear of the fiero sit opposite to the Murcielago placement.  the standard Arruat rear brackets follow the fiero location.

New V2 bracket put the caliper more inline with the Murcielago..... although the 4 piston caliper is small.

The rear bracket has to be machined a bit more to correct the rubbing issue.

got bit of time so I cut off the tail lights pods re shape and primed. l have to  add mounting bolts and fab brackets to bolt in. then fit the center panel and grill . not to fast winter is here

Some background I have a Naerc chassis and diablo roadster body which I was convinced to keep and alter after 2 seperate coupes fell through. No rims/contort arms. My first choice was always a 3000gt vr4 6spd with awd blockoff. Complete driveline can be purchased with ecu and harness for around 2500$ and it’s 330hp stock very easily to get to the 450hp mark but I’m not “butchering” a Naerc chassis for what would be an inferior configuration. So the other day I was presented with a reasonably  priced ls2. So it got me doing research on the trans. I’m not looking to spend 10k on say a Mendola. It looks like a g50 would be slighlty less. From what I’ve come up with boxster s 6spd 968 isn’t a good choice. Which leads me to an Audi 01e I’ve read mixed reviews on advanced Automotion. And forget the other place I’ve probably been researching this for 4days straight now and have a pounding headache
So I’m looking for a good trans that’s 6 spd!!! To mate to a 450hp ls2. Since I’m pretty sure I’m going 01e who makes a great setup to handle power at a reasonable price. As well as adaptor. Still open to ideas. Not looking to vdrive
