No, sold the 2jz. For my final target of 600-700hp it just makes more $$$ sense to go with the LS1.

Thanks, TP for the pics.  They definitely have that "Professional" touch to them.  Were you involved in the total build on the Diablo?  Awesome job!  and now you are building a Murcie?  Nice, nice, nice.  Did I say NICE!!!   ::thumbup ::thumbup ::thumbup

I did everything except the front end alignment and sew up the upholstry. It took me less that 7 months, working 7 days a week, from the time I started cutting up a few old Fieros till it was painted and running/driving.
But there are a few areas of body work I could have done better, and the old school sbc has to go so come this Jan/Feb Im going to address these issues.

I took about 50 shots of the car other night and just pulled out a few to edit quickly, but I found some other images I kinda like as well so I might post those up as well.

Thanks for all the comments!

Thanks! Not a whole lot of editing really mostly batch work. Im thinking I going back soon (before winter sets in) and do some more images but bring a better camera/lens and a couple more lights....

Took some images of my Diablo tonight

Ever since finishing my Diablo Roadster in the summer of 2011 I have never really took the time to take some half way decent images of the car, so tonight I decided I would take a few. Oddly enough I work as a professional portrait photographer but these were taken with my cheapest camera/lens and couple old small hotshoe flashes.  Im a studio portrait photgrapher not a car photographer- so please keep that in mind.

This was kinda a last minute decision to do the photos tonight, I had wanted to do them this past week but something came up and couldnt do it. I washed the car last week but didnt even wipe the car off tonight, just drove down the street to a little spot where I knew I wasnt going to bother anyone and fired off a few over 45 minutes during sunset.

These are not fully edited yet, some of the images maybe a little dark still I just didnt feel like messing with them too much tonight.  Im always my worst critic when it comes to my own images, so if there is one or two shots that you think are good enough for me to print up let me know.

Thanks!
