Lol! I can see why you've chosen the name Skittles! I think you should leave it that way, but then again you may attract the wrong crowd! Either way you are really moving quickly and things are looking good!  :notworthy

I also have been working with Cliff at Cliffs custom fab letting him do some small work on the side for some suspension components and the front chassis, he has all of the OEM measurements of the original car and has the metric tubing, depending on how that all goes I will continue doing business with him and hope for the best. Here are a few more pictures also...

That's an awesome engine and the one I wished I had in my car, maybe in the future.  Good deal on getting so many parts this fast!

I ordered some parts off of a wrecked blue Murci out of Tennessee. The 3rd brake light housing and the manual pedal assembly since I will be going with a manual tranny this time around instead of the egear. I also got a nice gift in on Christmas eve, my seats, back engine hatch, hinges and column cover!

Well quite a bit of parts acquired and work being done on this car. I have renamed the car Skittles because of all the different color Murci parts I'm acquiring! Starting off I bought a 99 Audi A8 with the 4.2 V8 for my engine swap, stock power is around 315-320 should make more with some upgrades and twin turbo's down the road, but for now just the swap all working with the factory murci wiring and getting the gauges working is my goal. I also acquired a Transaxle out of a Audi S6 (98-04) with the twin turbo, it is the same transmission used in the Porsche Boxter's in 96-2000. This will all bolt together with no adapter need. Im not sure if I will go with a stand alone engine management system or the factory Audi A8 computer.

I got all of the interior trim pulled to get "cleaned up" getting it out in the mail today. Fitted the quarter panel just for looks. Also trying to work out a deal on some seats from a member on the forum, just waiting on a price. Not much else is going to happen on this until my other car is finished, but as I get time I will keep this thread updated.

Your real Murcielago looks awesome!

Hope that cat doesn't use your car as a scratching post, if he does send him to me I'll take care of him!  >:(
