ITK, there is a design flaw in this type of hinge setup.  You will have less wobble at the latch if the bushings are located at the outer supports rather than in the center area.  When I made hinges I used both bronze bushings or needle bearings at the outer areas.  Once lubricated I don't know if a greaseable fitting is really necessary.  The needle bearings have enough internal lubrication to last a long time even on the driver's side of the car.   Jim

Too bad you no longer make hinges. They look great.

IKR,
Go to aa-mfg.com and get the housings (assuming that you do not have a lathe to turn them). They are about a buck apiece. Then go to Grainger and get a piece of 36" drill rod along with bronze hat bushings. Total cost here rod $20 divided by 8 pieces at 4 inches equal $2.50 each and $2 each for the bushings. They are oilite (meaning that they are impregnated with oil and do not need a grease fitting but if you still want one add 25 cents at Grainger). Ace Hardware has all of this too, do not use dowell rod, it must be drill stock. Cut the drill rod and tap the whole thing together with a mallet. Total cost about $10 per side and total time about 10 minutes. Zero wobble.
