I could make it ( Diablo ) but needs minimum 10 sets to fire up the CNC, but I send a set to Leon if he wants to make any it's up to him.
BTW he's in Down Under Perth.

I would be happy with a  plastic  set made on a 3d printer.
Anyone ?

Call me kooky but I used these black tunnel type earrings thingys that these kids use today to make there holes in there ears big. Just measure what size you need and look it up on ebay, kinda whats like in the top left pic here-

You will only use one side of the ring (comes in 2 parts) so you will need to order enought to do all your buttons. They look pretty good, not as good as some metal ones but a real cheap way to get it done. I dont have any pics on this computer of my console but I will try to find some....

found one pic (not real good) on my flickr- https://www.flickr.com/photos/31604886@N08/5923570305/in/photostream/ (https://www.flickr.com/photos/31604886@N08/5923570305/in/photostream/)

clever lad :-D
I wonder if you cut down one side, then heated them in the oven and you had a wood mould ready, the oval shapes could be made
